Destress For Wellness
Studies have shown that stress hormones can help breast cancer grow, spread, and diversify which in turn makes it harder to treat. Be sure to take time each day for self care and keep your stress levels low.
Take a bubble bath, a yoga class, read your favorite book (we’re loving GIRL, WASH YOUR FACE by Rachel Hollis), diffuse some essential oils, play with your dog, snuggle with your cat, or hug someone you love. If those aren’t your speed, take a boxing class, float on your back in the ocean, or watch Ballet YouTube videos.
Whatever your destress moment is, be sure to make time for it.
